2005 Timfold was founded

2006 “Tai Hei Hing”, a traditional food brand, was established

2007 Invited by City Super Group, “Tai Hei Hing” launched at c!ty’super, Mega Lifestyle Specialty Store exclusively.

2009 Products launched at various Japanese-style department store and supermarkets

2014 Timfold opened its first store, Tai Hei Hing Flagship at Kwun Tong

2015 Partnered with HKTVmall, expand sales network to Hong Kong’s largest 24-hour online shopping mall

2016 To tie in with the trend for Vegetarism, our house brand D&J, a brand provides vegetarian product, was launched.

Our noodles factory

All Tai Hei Hing and J&D noodles and seasoning products are made in Hong Kong. Each dry noodles are handcrafted and made by experienced chefs.
Non-Fried, No MSG, Preservative and Alkaline added.

*A small amount of Alkaline will be added depending on noodles’ flavors

Insistent on Made in Hong Kong

Timfold insist in providing all noodles and seasoning products that Made in Hong Kong.

The Made in Hong Kong mark carries an image of high-quality and high performance, to be on a par with overseas products.

To promote local food culture and inherited Hong Kong traditional food and craftsmanship are both part of Timfold’s operation objective.

Timfold believe that “Made in Hong Kong” will made its name heard in the world again in near future while local industry and factories work closely hand in hand.
